All residential, commercial and industrial areas shall be provided with sufficient lighting as approved by the Village of West Unity. Initial installation costs will be the responsibility of the developer. The Village of West Unity will provide maintenance costs for lighting equivalent to the existing standard residential lighting. Any maintenance costs exceeding that of the existing standard residential lighting shall be at the cost of the developer. Minimum lighting requirements shall conform to the standards given in Appendix D
