The Village Council shall approve or disapprove the acceptance of the improvements as required in the preliminary plat and in compliance with all drawings and/or specifications upon request by the Developer. If accepted by Council and the record plat has been filed, then the improvements within the right-of-way and/or easements of record shall become the property of the Village of West Unity. If acceptance is disapproved, the grounds for disapproval shall be stated in the records of the Village Council.
