Subdivision regulations are the planning tool used to guide the preparation of land subdivision. Its guiding principles assure the maximum return on local government’s civic interests, and at the same time the subdivision regulations assure the subdivider full consideration of his/her interests and responsibilities. Certain review procedures must be followed to fully understand the objectives of the subdivision regulations and the subdivision process.
