(a) The West Unity Memorial Park will be open to the public from May 1 to October 31 during the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The West Unity Memorial Park will be open to the public from November 1 to April 30 during the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The Park will be open for all scheduled activities and will close one hour after the conclusion of said activity should said activity conflict with the hours established by this Section. No person shall be on the Park premises at any time other than that established by this Section.
(b) The hours established by subsection (a) hereof for the use of the West Unity Memorial Park shall be posted at each of the four entrances to the Park.
(c) Any person who violates any of the provisions of subsection (a) hereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00), for each offense.
