139.01 AUXILIARY POLICE UNIT.
   (a)   There is hereby established an auxiliary police unit within the Police Department of the Village of West Unity, Ohio.
   (b)   Appointments and removals of auxiliary police officers, their regulation, organization, training, administration, control, conduct, stationing and transferring shall be as provided in Ohio R.C. 737.16.1 as the same now exists and is hereafter amended from time to time.
