901.14 PRUNING, CORNER CLEARANCE.
   Every owner of any tree overhanging any secondary street or right of way other than a State Route or U.S. Route within the Village shall prune the branches so that such branches shall not obstruct the light from any street lamp or obstruct the view of any street intersection and so that there shall be a clear space of ten feet above the surface of the street or sidewalk. On all State Routes or U.S. Routes and their right of ways, within the Village the clear space of fifteen feet above the surface of the street and ten feet above the sidewalk, shall be made available or maintained. Said owners shall remove all dead, diseased or dangerous trees, or broken or decayed limbs which constitute a menace to the safety or the public, within thirty days of written notice from the Forestry Commission. The Village shall have the right to prune any tree or shrub on private property when it interferes with visibility of any traffic control device or sign.
