(a) “Street trees” mean trees, shrubs, bushes, and all other woody vegetation on land lying between the personal property line and the streets, avenues or ways within the Village. This area is usually between the sidewalk and the streets and is known as the right of way.
(b) “Park trees” mean trees, shrubs, bushes and all other woody vegetation in the public parks having individual names, and all areas owned by the Village, or to which the public has free access as a park. Both “Park trees” and “Street trees” are owned by the Village of West Unity, Ohio and they will be maintained by the Village.
