709.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates Section 709.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Each sale or attempted sale or solicitation or attempted solicitation made by any person in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a distinct and separate offense.
