The following fee shall be paid at the time application is made for a license and such fee shall be nonrefundable:
(a) For one day - $75.00
Fee to cover labor and cost for background investigation; labor and cost for distribution, filing and collection of fees for said permit; to cover cost of submission and recommendation from the Police Department to the Village Administrator.
(b) For one week - $200.00
Fee to cover everything mentioned in the one day fee, and additionally, the monitoring of the solicitor, canvasser, and/or peddler during their time in the Village. In addition to the above fees, any bond requirement must also be met.
