From and after the effective date of this chapter, the location of mobile homes for any purpose within this municipal jurisdiction, except in a mobile home park, shall not be allowed; provided, however, that any owner-occupant of an independent mobile home at the time of the effective date of this chapter who meets the requirements of § 151.03 shall be excepted from this restriction, and provided further, that the location of mobile homes for the purposes specified in § 151.05.
