§ 110.17  LICENSE QUALIFICATIONS.
   (A)   Licenses may be issued under the provisions of this subchapter in the manner herein provided, to any person over the age of 21 years, of good moral character, who shall not be in the habit of gambling or becoming intoxicated, and also to any partnership, provided all the members thereof are qualified to hold the license, and to a corporation, provided the corporation shall designate a person as manager who shall have the control and management of any such place and who shall have the qualifications of an individual licensee and shall be subject to all the duties and penalties provided for an individual licensee, and who shall be named in the license when issued, and in addition, the corporation shall be liable for all acts of its manager, performed under or in connection with the license.
   (B)   No license or renewal thereof, shall be issued, or transfer thereof permitted, to any applicant, be an individual, or applicant member of a copartnership, applicant manager of corporation who shall have been convicted of a felony, after the passage of this subchapter, within two years to the application.
   (C)   Nor shall any license be issued, or transfer permitted to any applicant within two years after any license under this subchapter, held by the applicant, any applicant member of a co-partnership, or applicant manager of a corporation shall have been revoked.
