§ 110.16  UNLAWFUL TIME PERIOD TO PERMIT HOLDERS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firms or corporations, who maintain a license under this subchapter, to keep or maintain any table, alley, machine or device for the playing of any game or sport between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
