§ 92.18  REMOVAL OF SNOW AND ICE FROM SIDEWALKS REQUIRED.
   It shall be the duty of the owner of each and every retail, commercial or industrial business establishment or enterprise in the town abutting any sidewalk to keep the sidewalk abutting his or her premises free and clear of snow and ice, and remove therefore all snow and ice accumulated thereon within a reasonable time.
