§ 92.17  USE AND REMOVAL OF BARRICADES.
   (A)   Whenever the Town Street Department is currently in the process of re-paving or repairing or otherwise performing maintenance tasks on alleys and/or streets in the town, it shall be empowered to place distinctly marked barricades to direct or restrict flow of traffic around the work area.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to move a barricade and for any person to operate a motor vehicle on any area of a street or alley protected by a barricade.
