§ 90.045  DISPOSAL OF DEAD ANIMALS.
   (A)   Any animal that expires by any known or unknown means while under the care, custody or control of the owner, must be disposed of within 24 hours of time of death.
   (B)   Disposal is to be according to the guidelines set forth by the Indiana Board of Animal Health (BOAH). See I.C. 15-17-11.
