§ 155.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any owner or occupant who fails, refuses, or neglects to trim trees and shrubbery as provided in this chapter, after receiving ten days’ notice from the Chief of Police to do so, shall be guilty of an offense.
   (B)   Any violation of the chapter shall be deemed an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed the limits established in § 32.99. Every day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

   (C)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates the provisions of § 155.08 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of up to $200, plus court costs.
