§ 155.08 DUMPING IN PUBLIC AREAS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation not domiciled within the county to enter upon any street, alley, sidewalk, public right-of-way, or other municipally owned property for the purpose of disposing of any solid waste, refuse, or household trash.
