§ 153.15 PERMIT REQUIRED; RENEWAL; REVOCATION.
   (A)   No person, firm, or corporation shall place, establish, or fix upon a foundation any manufactured, mobile, or modular structure intended for use as a residential dwelling anywhere within the corporate limits of the town without first obtaining a permit therefor to be issued by the Town Clerk/Treasurer or Deputy Town Clerk/Treasurer in accordance with this subchapter. The fee for such permit shall be a one-time fee of $25 per unit. The form of permit and of the application therefor shall be established by the Town Clerk/Treasurer. In the event of a violation of any provision contained in this subchapter, the permit issued pursuant to this section may be revoked by a majority vote of the Board of Trustees. Such vote shall be taken at a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees, but not until the person, firm, or entity holding the permit is given notice in writing at least 15 days prior to the date of the meeting at which such a vote shall be taken.
   (B)   In the event of the expiration or revocation of such permit, any manufactured, mobile, or modular house placed within the corporate limits of the town shall be removed within 60 days of such expiration or revocation.
