(A) No child care center shall be operated within the corporate limits of the town unless a valid state license issued by the appropriate state agency and all standards for day care centers, as established by state law, are complied with.
(B) Upon suspension or revocation of the license issued by the state, it is understood that the permit issued by the town shall be immediately revoked until such time as state licensing is renewed, including further review by the office of the Town Clerk/Treasurer to re-issue the municipal permit.
