§ 114.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction therefor, shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $200, and is subject to revocation of any license issued by the town. Each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense. Conviction shall also void any and all licenses and permits issued under the provisions of this chapter, to the person, firm, or corporation in violation of the provisions of this chapter.
