§ 114.02 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person shall conduct, engage in, or operate in any manner a child care center within the corporate limits of the town, without having first obtained a permit as provided for in this chapter. A separate permit shall be required for each location at which a child care center shall be operated.
   (B)   The permit fees shall be as provided by motion of the Board of Trustees.
