§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 90.01, 90.15 through 90.17, or 90.30 through 90.33, or of any ordinance, code, or standard adopted by reference to this chapter, or maintains or permits to continue any public nuisance as defined by §§ 90.01, 90.15 through 90.17, or 90.30, shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed the limits established in § 32.99. Every day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

   (C)   (1)   Any person who knowingly violates §§ 90.45 through 90.48 shall be punished by a citation and fine of not less than $50 and not more than $100 in accordance with §§ 90.45 through 90.48.
      (2)   Each instance of a tobacco product or vapor product use in violation of §§ 90.45 through 90.48 shall constitute a separate violation.
