§ 90.48 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The use of a vapor product in violation of this subchapter is a nuisance.
   (B)   Enforcement of this subchapter shall be the responsibility of the Town Police Department. In addition, any peace officer or code enforcement official may enforce this subchapter.
