§ 71.04 RECKLESS DRIVING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any vehicle within the corporate limits of the town in a careless, negligent, or reckless manner, without regard for the safety of persons, property, or the lawful use of the streets.
   (B)   Such person shall be guilty of reckless driving.
