§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 70.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   The fine for violation of § 71.09 shall be $160, not including any court costs and assessments, which is subject to amendment by the Board of Trustees by resolution of said Board.
