1731.03 PERMIT; FEE.

Any person desiring to install within the City, any satellite ground station or other antenna designed to transmit or receive radio or television signals to or from earth satellites, shall, prior to beginning such installation, make application for and receive a permit for such installation from the City. Such application shall be accompanied by a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
