No person in a park shall:
(a) Set up tents, shacks or other temporary shelters for overnight camping, nor shall any person stay overnight without a permit as hereinafter provided.
(b) Have entered or be under the influence of intoxicating liquors.
(c) Engage in loud, boisterous, threatening, abusive, insulting or indecent language, or engage in any disorderly conduct or behavior tending to a breach of the public peace.
(d) Fail to produce and exhibit any permits from the Mayor which he claims to have, upon request of any police officer, park employee, commission member or other City official who may desire to inspect such for the purpose of enforcing compliance with this article.
(e) Go onto the ice of any waters except such areas as are designated for skating, provided that a safety sign is displayed and posted.
(f) Introduce or use any boat, raft or other floating device, or swim, wade or float on any waters except in areas designated for such activity.
