All traffic regulations of the City shall apply to park roads except where modified by the Park and Recreation Commission, and where appropriate signs and notices are posted; no person shall operate a vehicle except over park roads or parking areas, or special areas designated by the Commission. No person shall park a vehicle except in areas designated for parking purposes; no person shall ride a bicycle on other than a park road or path designated for bicycles; and no person shall ride an unlicensed motorbike or cycle anywhere in such park at any time except in an area designated for such operation by the Commission.
