No person in a park shall:
(a) Willfully disfigure, remove, destroy, deface, injure, mark or tamper with any building, bridge, table, bench, fireplace, shelter, playground equipment, sign, notice, water line or other utility or any other structure or equipment whatsoever, either real or personal.
(b) Willfully damage, cut or remove trees, shrubs, sod or other plants.
(c) Throw, discharge or otherwise place in any pond, lake, stream or other body of water, or any fountain, any trash, refuse, garbage or other substance, liquid or solid, that may tend to pollute such water.
(d) Dump, deposit or leave any bottles, cans, glass, paper, boxes, rubbish, waste garbage or other trash, except in receptacles provided therefor, nor have brought in from elsewhere any of the foregoing materials.
