905.02 WIDTH OF SIDEWALKS.

The sidewalks of the streets and alleys of the City shall be of such width as Council may, upon recommendation of the Mayor and City Engineer establish by order duly made; and unless otherwise ordered by Council, the sidewalks on the opposite sides of any street or alley shall be of equal width.
