(a) Adult uses shall be permitted only in the area of the City of Westover defined by the following boundaries:
(b) No adult book store shall be allowed within 300 feet of any pre-existing church or other place of a public worship, public or private elementary or secondary schools, or to a City or public park or playground. No adult motion picture theater, adult mini motion picture theater, adult entertainment cabaret, or adult use business shall be permitted within the City of Westover.
