715.03 EXEMPTIONS.

The provisions of this article shall not apply to solicitors or canvassers engaged in the business of selling insurance; nor to street sales of daily, weekly or monthly newspapers, nor to route carriers of such newspapers; nor to solicitors of subscriptions thereto for future delivery of such newspapers.
