1711.14 APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO CONNECTION TO POWER SUPPLY.

No person supplying electrical power or current in this City shall connect with its supply or current wires or wiring or equipment within any building or other structure within this City, unless and until such wiring or equipment to be so connected shall have been approved in writing by an approved Electrical Inspector.
