1711.12 FENCE CONSTRUCTED OF UNSIGHTLY OR HAZARDOUS MATERIALS.

Whenever it appears from the application or any other source that a fence or any structure in the nature of a fence is to be built of unsightly materials or materials hazardous to passersby, the Building Official may refuse to issue such a permit as being contrary to public policy.
