(a) "ANSI" means American National Standards Institute, 25 West 43rd Street, Fourth Floor, New York, NY 10036.
(b) "ASTM" means American Society of Testing and Materials
(c) "Fire Commission" means the thirteen (13) appointed members of the West Virginia State Fire Commission.
(d) "Fire Marshall" means the West Virginia State Fire Marshal and /or his or her designated representatives.
(e) "ICC" or "International" means International Code Council.
(f) "Local jurisdiction" means municipal, county, or other local government.
(g) "NFPA" means National Fire Protection Association.
(h) "State Building Code" means the entire contents of this rule and the referenced national standards and codes.
(i) "State Fire Code" means the entire contents of the State Fire Code, 87CSR1, and the referenced standards and codes.
