(a) The Building Inspector shall see to the enforcement of all ordinance provisions relating to buildings or zoning and shall inspect all building or structures being erected or altered, as frequently as may be necessary to insure compliance with City ordinances.
(b) The Building Inspector shall also act as Plumbing Inspector and shall have all the powers and perform all the duties generally associated with the office in the enforcement of all ordinances of the City.
