The following definitions are applicable to this article unless the context otherwise requires:
"Camp" or "camping" means to pitch, create, use or occupy camp faclllties for the purposes of habitation, as evidenced by the use of camp paraphernalia.
"Camp facilities" includes, but is not limited to, tents, huts, temporary shelters, or vehicles, if said vehicle is being used as a temporary living quarters for a period no longer than one night as long as the vehicle is legally parked.
"Camp paraphernalia" includes, but is not limited to, tarps, cots, beds, sleeping bags, blankets, mattresses, hammocks, or non-city designated cooking facilities and similar equipment.
"Park" means any areas designated for public recreation and amusement that is maintained and/or controlled by the City of Westover.
"Store" means to put aside or accumulate for use when needed, to put for safekeeping, to place or leave in a location.
"Street" means any highway, lane, road, street, right of way, boulevard, alley and every way or place in the City of Westover that is publicly owned or maintained for public vehicular travel.
"Vehicle" means the same as defined in Section 301.47 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Westover as revised. (Ord. 529. Passed 9-19-22.)
