143.09 CHARGES FOR USE OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES.

The Board may make reasonable charges to the public for the privilege of using any of the recreational facilities provided in such park and recreation system and may use the funds so received for the purposes for which this Board is established; but such schedule of charges shall not be effective until approved by Council.
