The Building Code Official shall annually undertake an inspection of the registered vacant building to determine whether the properties are in compliance with the City Code and the duly adopted International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC). All violations shall be dealt with by the Building Code Official in accordance with the provisions and procedures set forth in the Code.
