The subdivision shall connect with the water system of the City in accordance with the Public Service Commission of West Virginia’s rules and regulations so as to provide water service to every lot within the subdivision. The City Code Enforcement Officer and the City Public Works Director shall determine the size of lines necessary for fire protection and water service.
