926.05 INTERFERENCE WITH WASTEWATER, GAS OR WATER PIPES.

No person shall ever use the space above or under any such street, alley or public ground in such a manner as to interfere with any traffic-control cable, wastewater collector, gas, water and any cable installed or operated by the holder of any franchise or other authority granted by the City. (Ord. 432. Passed 3-6-17.)
