137.04 DEPUTY CHIEF OF POLICE.
   (a)   The position of Deputy Chief of Police shall be made a permanent hourly position under the heading of Police Department.
   (b)   The position of Deputy Chief of Police shall provide additional administrative and operational support to the Westover Police Department under the direction of the Chief of Police.
   (c)   The position of Deputy Chief of Police shall be established as a non-civil service position. (Ord. 428. Passed 1-17-17.)
