1751.07 ABANDONED POLE TRAILER.
   Abandoned pole trailers means every vehicle without motor power designed to be drawn by another vehicle and attached to the towing vehicle by means of a reach, or pole, which has been parked on public property for any period of time over five days other than in an enclosed building or in a licensed salvage yard or at the business establishment of a demolisher, a licensed vendor, or remains unattended, discarded, deserted and unlicensed or is in anyway an obstruction to traffic on a City street as determined by the Chief of Police. All violators, after five days and two warnings, will tow away such pole trailer at the expense of the owner. The owner shall be subject to pay all costs for towing and storage and be subject to a fine of not less than twenty dollars ($20.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
