§ 32.026 POWERS AND DUTIES GENERALLY; POLK CREEK PROJECT FUND; SUPERVISION AND MANAGEMENT OF PROJECT.

The custody of Polk Creek Project Fund, and the establishment, construction, administration, operation, and maintenance of the Polk Creek Flood Control Project shall be under the supervision and control of the Polk Creek Flood Control Project Board.
