§ 32.024 BANK ACCOUNT; BOND OF SECRETARY AND TREASURER.

The Secretary and Treasurer shall keep a bank account in the name of the Polk Creek Project Fund, and shall be under bond in the amount of $13,000, or other amount deemed appropriate by the Municipal Court, with a reputable bonding company approved by the Board and shall issue checks on such Fund at the direction of the Board.
