§ 32.022 OFFICERS.

The Mayor shall act as Chairperson of the Polk Creek Flood Control Project Board. The Board shall elect a Vice Chairperson from among its members, and the City Clerk shall act as Secretary and Treasurer of the Board. The Vice Chairperson shall hold office as such at the will of the Board.
