§ 130.060 TREES AND PLANTS ORNAMENTING STREETS AND OTHER PLACES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to damage, destroy, deface, take, or steal any ornamental shrub, bush, plant, or tree from any garden, street, sidewalk, park, or any other place, either public or private.
