§ 130.052 PROSTITUTION AND RELATED OFFENSES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any prostitute to be upon or in any street, alley, or other public place, or in any house, structure, lumber yard, or lot of ground for the purpose of prostitution, lewdness, or indecency.
   (B)   It shall also be unlawful for any prostitute to be in any such place or places between sun down and sun up; and it shall be unlawful for any person, male or female, on any public street, alley, or other public place, or in any public building, either in the daytime or at night, to solicit, invite, or entice; or procure another to solicit, invite, or entice a person of the opposite sex to commit an act of prostitution, lewdness, or indecency.
