§ 130.040 INDECENT, LEWD, OBSCENE, AND IMMORAL CONDUCT.
   (A)   (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person to make an indecent or immoral exhibition or exposure of his or her person, or cause or procure any other person to do the same, in the presence or view of any other person.
      (2)   The acts enumerated herein shall constitute an offense regardless of whether or not the person so making an indecent or immoral exhibition or exposure of his or her person is aware of the presence or view of any other person.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to appear in any public place not properly or decently clothed, or clothed in any manner which offends against public morals.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to commit or perpetrate any indecent, immodest, lewd, or filthy act, or to utter or speak any lewd or filthy words or language that is likely to cause an immediate violent response from the person to whom the words are addressed or, when addressed to a municipal employee, is likely to prohibit a municipal employee from performing his or her municipal job functions in any street or other public place or building within this city.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful for any person to assemble with others on any street or other public place, or in any house, building, out-house, office, stable, shed, lumber yard, or lot of ground for the purpose of prostitution, lewdness, or indecency.
