§ 130.024 CONSPIRACY TO INFLICT BODILY INJURY OR TO COMMIT OFFENSE AGAINST PROPERTY.

It shall be unlawful for any two or more persons to combine or conspire together for the purpose of inflicting any punishment or bodily injury by any means upon any person, or for the purpose of destroying, injuring, defacing, or taking and carrying away any property, real or personal, not their own.
